Coming Home - An Embodiment Workshop for Women - Sunday September 18

We create a sacred space to explore body image issues (and any other mind and soul clutter) that women face while journeying towards self-healing and personal transformation. We explore the dynamic and integrative processes of body, breath and sound, using meditation, conscious dance, yoga, contemplative movement, and other expressive arts while creating sacred space together. We listen with our hearts wide open as we sweat ourselves free and come home to our body+mind+soulWe shed layers of untruth and ‘come home’ to our truest self.

Coming Home: an Embodiment Workshop for Women…

·       Activate your Divine Feminine energy and learn how to transform your wounds into your personal medicine
